集島上二個代表性的葡萄品種混釀 - 白葡萄Muscat of Alexandria 95%、紅葡萄Limnio 5%；葡萄採有機栽種，Muscat of Alexandria 浸皮6天，野生酵母發酵，與少量的Limnio 混合，未添加二氧化硫，未過濾。

紅色水果、草莓、木瓜、小白花的美妙香氣，活潑的單寧，適合搭配火腿冷盤、海鮮料理。
